Our podium space can be hired for a variety of events and you will have access to the pod which has running water (two sinks), shelving and fridges. The pod opens up on to the space and has been used as a licenced bar, you will need to apply for a TEN (temporary events notice) from Darlington Borough Council. 

The pod also operates the electric roof which fully opens and closes, the wall heaters, speakers and the electrics. We have around 15 tables and 100 chairs (approx) plus astro turf for the area.
